Complaints and returns

 

RETURN POLICY

If you find any of our products unsatisfactory, you may return them within 10 days of delivery. The unused product(s) must be sent back to us at your own expense. If the product is a set, all items must be returned together. The product must be returned in its original packaging, i.e. the one in which it was delivered, together with the receipt and/or invoice to the following address:

Products returned without the receipt and/or invoice will not be accepted. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned products by bank transfer to your account within a maximum of 3 weeks. Please note that no delivery charges will be refunded.

 

COMPLAINTS 

Your complaint will not be accepted if any signs of use are due to:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • any physical damage,
  • failure to comply with the instruction and maintenance manual,
  • use for purposes other than intended.
